Thank you for the ongoing support you have expressed over the phone and through email. If you haven't been able to speak with someone at Amby Baby yet, please accept our sincere apologies as we attempt to connect with all of our customers.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has instructed us to release a repair kit that addresses product leveling. While we believe hammock leveling is best achieved by following our detailed installation instructions, we respect the CPSC's insight and will begin shipping these kits to customers who have requested them in approximately 3 weeks. Request the repair kit now.

We are deeply committed to providing a safe product that makes both babies and parents sleep better. Please review these important DOs and DON'Ts to ensure the product is being used safely:

1. Please do not hang your hammock from the ceiling or by any method other than the Amby Baby frame and spring provided as a package.
2. If you purchased the hammock previously-owned and do not have user instructions, you can find these instructions here. Please do not use the hammock without reading these instructions.
3. Please make sure both end ties are tied tightly and evenly. If you need assistance installing the hammock, please email us or call 1-866-544-9721 from 10:30am to 2:30pm CST M-W.
4. Please do not place your baby's head at the foot side of the hammock. If you are unsure which end is the foot end, please refer to our installation instructions.
5. Please be very certain your baby is placed on his/her back and not in any other position. This is particularly important when the infant is not yet able to roll over independently.
